Your account
Receivaro uses one-time email links to sign in. New links expire after 1 hour, and no account password is stored by Receivaro.
Keep your email account protected with multi-factor authentication. Do not forward sign-in emails, and sign out when using a shared device.
The live Receivaro website uses HTTPS to encrypt traffic between your browser and the service. Signed-in workspace access is checked against the account that owns the records.
Payments through Stripe
Receivaro subscriptions and online invoice payments use Stripe-hosted checkout. Payment details are entered with Stripe. Receivaro does not collect your card details or bank-login credentials.
For invoice payments, checkout is created for the business's connected Stripe account. Receivaro records payment references and status so the business can track its invoices.
Before paying, check the business name, invoice reference, amount, and currency. If an invoice is unexpected or a payment request looks different from what you agreed, contact the business using a contact method you already trust.
Keep invoice links private
Customers can open their invoice without creating an account. Anyone with the invoice link can view that invoice and its PDF, so share the link only with the intended recipient and trusted colleagues.
Our privacy policy explains the information we store and the providers used to operate the service.
Report a security concern
If you suspect an account has been accessed without permission or you find a security issue, email support@receivaro.com. Include the affected page and a description, but do not send card details, bank credentials, sign-in links, or other people's personal data.
Keep invoice and sign-in links private, and contact us promptly if a request looks suspicious.
